partnership con Percassi attraverso la società AV Retail, porterà
all’assunzione di 22 persone. Il viaggio questa volta quindi parte dal
capoluogo campano con la schiacciata che prende il nome della città e
omaggia con la scelta degli ingredienti la sua tradizione culinaria: salsiccia
napoletana, provola di Agerola, crema di patate e friarielli. Il negozio offre
inoltre un’ampia scelta di bevande: drink analcolici, diverse varietà di
birra e una carta dei vini per un’esperienza a tutto tondo all’insegna del
gusto. Sono felice ed emozionato di poter inaugurare il 19° locale, insieme
alla famiglia Percassi, in una delle città più belle d’Italia, ma soprattutto
nella città più importante per lo street food a livello mondiale. Ogni volta

classico menù, ovviamente, è stato arricchito con delle schiacciate
“special” dedicate alla città partenopea. Tommy, per lo store di Corso
Umberto I, ha presentato sui social una sua nuova creazione. La
schiacciata in questione viene condita con crema di patate arrosto,
mozzarella di bufala affumicata, salame Napoli e le melenzane fritte e
leggermente piccanti. Il video è diventato subito virale e in tanti hanno
fatto i complimenti a Tommy per i suoi prodotti. Il negozio, in Corso
Umberto I 28 angolo via Sommonti, sarà aperto dal lunedì alla domenica
dalle 10.00 alle 22.00.
