Si alza il sipario su ITACLUB JAZZ FESTIVAL
FRA I PROTAGONISTI, LA CAMPANIA CON LO STORICO LIVE TONES NAPOLI
Il conto alla rovescia è ormai agli sgoccioli e sta per alzarsi il sipario su ITACLUB Jazz Festival. Un’imponente manifestazione che si articolerà in oltre sessanta eventi disseminati su tutto il territorio nazionale e che culminerà nella prima Giornata Nazionale dei Jazz Club, il prossimo 15 ottobre.
Così dichiara Giovanni Serrazanetti, presidente dell’associazione Italia Jazz Club: “La nostra associazione fa parte della Federazione Jazz Italiano, presieduta da Paolo Fresu, che raccoglie alcuni dei migliori Jazz Club del Paese. Quest’anno abbiamo vinto il bando ministeriale, con il progetto ITACLUB Jazz Festival e siamo orgogliosi di presentarlo. Si tratta di un vero e proprio festival diffuso, che illustrerà tutto quello che fanno i jazz club, realtà presenti sui territori in maniera capillare. I jazz club sono grandi palestre per i musicisti giovani che si stanno affermando e allo stesso tempo luoghi dove i musicisti già affermati possono presentare il proprio lavoro ad un pubblico affezionato, che partecipa attivamente all’atto creativo. Questa è la nostra grande forza, siamo luoghi veri, dove il feeling si tocca”.
Non poteva non far parte della partita lo storico jazz club Live Tones che da anni porta avanti con passione e costanza l’impegno a promuovere e diffondere il jazz, rappresentando un autentico punto di riferimento per tanti appassionati, musicisti, professionisti del settore e semplici amatori.
L’ITACLUB Jazz Festival, si terrà dall’8 al 15 ottobre, proponendo eventi realizzati dai propri associati in 23 dei più importanti jazz club italiani, fra i quali il Live Tones. Dai concerti alle masterclass, dalle mostre alle presentazioni di libri, dai laboratori alle guide all’ascolto, l’intero Stivale sarà percorso da una grande festa dedicata al jazz e agli irrinunciabili presidi dedicati a questa meravigliosa musica, i jazz club.
Per questa prima edizione del Festival è stato scelto come tema: l’INCONTRO, in riferimento al fondamentale momento della nostra esistenza, a cui abbiamo dovuto rinunciare per tanto tempo, a causa delle misure restrittive imposte dalla pandemia. Parafrasando Vinicius de Moraes che scriveva: “la vita è l’arte dell’incontro”, possiamo senza ombra di dubbio asserire che “il jazz è la musica dell’Incontro” e probabilmente nessun luogo è più vocato all’incontro come lo sono i jazz club. Un intreccio magico tra vite ed esperienze ancor prima che tra artisti e pubblico.
Il Live Tones con la direzione artistica di Alberto Bruno ha scelto di partecipare a ITACLUB JAZZ FESTIVAL e di declinare il tema scelto per questa prima edizione con due concerti:
