Una giornata all’insegna della cultura quella svoltasi ieri, sabato 14 maggio, presso la Reggia di Portici. L’evento ha visto susseguirsi gli interventi di numerosi autori, grandi nomi del panorama accademico, letterario e giornalistico, nelle sale gremite del Real Sito Borbonico.
Particolare interesse tra il pubblico ha riscontrato la presentazione dei poeti Costanzo Ioni e Liliana Arena. L’incontro si è aperto con delle riflessioni sulla poesia contemporanea, seguite dalle letture teatralizzate dei testi di Liliana Arena e di alcune poesie tratte dalla raccolta “Stive”, di Costanzo Ioni. Poesie crude, sincere, destabilizzanti, un vortice di emozioni per i presenti, che si sono ritrovati a fronteggiare temi forti quali la guerra, l’immigrazione, le crisi sociali; ma anche poesia di sperimentazione, nonché un assalto frontale alla società e alle imposizioni di quest’ultima.
Gli autori hanno rilasciato un’intervista alla redazione di “Comete”.
Quale percorso di studi avete affrontato? Era affine alla vostra passione per la scrittura?
Ioni: “Assolutamente no. Sono diplomato al liceo scientifico e mi sono laureato in scienze politiche, che non c’entrano affatto con la poesia”
Arena: “Ho effettuato gli studi classici, che mi hanno aperto al mondo della poesia, poi ho ripreso in maniera indipendente a rileggere i testi classici e la letteratura perché mi appassionavano”
Come vivete quotidianamente la scrittura poetica?
Ioni: “Molto bene, anche se deve essere vissuta nelle giuste dosi, nella vita abbiamo tante altre cose da fare, ad esempio mi piace dedicarmi all’orto e alle piante del mio giardino. La poesia e la letteratura hanno sicuramente un peso rilevante, ma anche le altre attività a cui mi dedico mi aiutano nell’attività di autore”
Arena: “Ho bisogno sicuramente di silenzio per potermi ascoltare. Questo silenzio, questo canale di ascolto con me stessa, arriva nei momenti e negli angoli più disparati, ma se voglio stimolarlo ascolto determinata musica, come Enaudi, Alessandra Celletti. Isolarmi mi apre il canale della scrittura, ho bisogno di estraniarmi, ma ciò non si compendia bene con la freneticità del quotidiano. Mi aiuta molto la contemplazione della natura”
Qual è il messaggio più importante che intendete condividere con la vostra poesia? In particolare cosa vorreste dire a noi giovani?
Ioni: “ Di andare avanti per la vostra strada. Sicuramente è importante ascoltare ciò che le persone più anziane hanno da dire, ma poi dovete ragionare con la vostra testa. Ne avrete solo soddisfazioni”
Arena: “Fate poesia e gridatela nelle piazze, è un modo per dire di no al sistema, per essere se stessi, per esprimere il proprio pensiero, per sperimentare, per conoscersi, è un modo per liberarsi. La scrittura è catartica, la poesia è la sintesi, va oltre lo spreco di parole, va al nocciolo”
Ecco, andando al nocciolo, quale sarà secondo voi il futuro della poesia?
Ioni: “Dipende da voi, dai giovani. Se non c’è una nuova generazione di giovani autori non ci sarà poesia, ma io credo che questo sia impossibile, la poesia è un qualcosa che serve all’umanità e quindi ci sarà sempre”
Arena: “Finchè avremo possibilità di non essere distratti dai media e dai canali web, ma utilizzarli come strumento, saremo ancora in grado di fare poesia e di alzare la voce. La poesia è anche questo, dare voce a chi non ha voce”
