In occasione del settimo centenario dalla morte di Dante si terrà un ampio programma di eventi culturali e artistici per celebrarlo. Si potrà assistere a queste iniziative in programma al Museo Nazionale Ferroviario di Pietrarsa, con la collaborazione del corpo docenti e degli alunni del Liceo Statale “Quinto Orazio Flacco”.

Le performance e le visite si terranno durante le ultime settimane del mese di ottobre e si potrà assistere agli spettacoli solo se in possesso di greenpass e biglietto, acquistabile del museo ad un prezzo ridotto di 5€ per gli studenti con età compresa tra i 6 e i 17 anni, prezzo intero per adulti. Tra la varietà degli spettacoli, si potrà assistere alla rappresentazione teatrale “Nel mezzo del” con regia di G. Nocera e D. Ingenito? e la partecipazione degli studenti del “Quinto Orazio Flacco”. Lo spettacolo si terrà il venerdì 22 ottobre, nel padiglione delle locomotive a vapore. Tra le altre rappresentazioni teatrali si potrà assistere a “L’inferno in sei minuti”, spettacolo proposto dagli ex alunni del “Quinto Orazio Flacco”. La performance si terrà il sabato 16 ottobre, nei pressi della sala dei macchinari d’officina. Non mancheranno coreografie a tema, grazie alla compagnia “Ivir Danza”, che metterà in mostra delle performance ispirate ai canti della Commedia. Si potrà assistere allo spettacolo i giorni venerdì 15 e 22 ottobre nel padiglione delle locomotive a vapore. Tra gli altri eventi, la visione dei docufilm “The sky over the Kibera” e “Ulisse XXVI” a cura di Marco Martinelli ed Ermanna Montanari, direttori e fondatori del teatro delle Albe. La visione dei docufilm si terrà sabato 23 ottobre nella sala cinema. Le celebrazioni termineranno domenica 31 ottobre con lo spettacolo di chiusura “E io ch’al fine di tutt’i disii” – Dante e il desiderio, 12:30 sala del cinquecento.
