Lo S.P.I.D, acronimo di Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale, è lo strumento che Poste Italiane utilizza per l’identificazione online dei suoi utenti. Questo sistema è usato, in generale, da cittadini e aziende che vogliono usufruire dei servizi di Pubblica Amministrazione. Sul sito web delle Poste, è possibile scegliere tra tre diversi livelli di sicurezza, a seconda del servizio che si vuole ottenere:
Livello 1 = Garantisce l’accesso mediante la combinazione di nome utente e password;
Livello 2 = Oltre al nome utente e password, servirà un codice monouso generato via SMS o token;
Livello 3 = Garantisce l’accesso tramite smart card e password.
Come si richiede?
I requisiti minimi per potere ottenere la propria identità digitale sono i seguenti:
avere almeno 18 anni;
possedere un documento di riconoscimento;
possedere la tessera sanitaria o il permesso di soggiorno;
fornire un recapito telefonico ed un indirizzo email.
La maggior parte dei provider autorizzati, forniscono gratuitamente lo SPID e tutti i passaggi sono pressoché gli stessi.
Per quanto riguarda Poste Italiane, basterà recarsi sul loro sito web e seguire attentamente i passaggi, tenendo pronto il materiale illustrato in questa guida.
SPID per 18App:
Per poter accedere al servizio 18App, che fornisce ogni anno fondi virtuali, generati tramite buoni, destinati alla cultura (cinema, teatri, librerie, concerti etc..) è obbligatorio possedere la propria identità digitale. Per poter usufruire del servizio non sarà necessaria alcuna registrazione, oltre all’inserimento dello SPID, e sarà facile ed intuitivo gestire i propri buoni.
Come generare e gestire i propri buoni:
Una volta aperta l’app, sarà visibile l’importo totale a nostra disposizione. Nella zona dedicata alle varie sezioni comparirà la scritta “I tuoi buoni”. Cliccandoci sopra, potremo generarne di nuovi, oltre che avere un resoconto di quelli già utilizzati. Una volta effettuato questo passaggio, potremo scegliere tra due tipi di buoni: Fisico o Digitale. Il primo è destinato per gli acquisti ultimati in negozi fisici (come ad esempio una libreria), mentre il secondo per i digital store autorizzati (ad esempio Amazon). Il codice sarà alfanumerico (di 8 cifre), e sarà fornito un QR code per identificare il buono. L’utente avrà, inoltre, la possibilità di salvarlo come Pdf o immagine, per poterlo conservare sui propri dispositivi o, eventualmente, scannerizzarlo.
