Il liceo “Quinto Orazio Flacco” di Portici tiene a stimolare i propri alunni non solo in aula durante le lezioni ma anche nel coltivare le proprie passioni. Infatti durante la manifestazione “Libri in Reggia” vari alunni ed ex alunni dell’istituto hanno avuto dei momenti per presentare poesie, libri e progetti a cui si dedicano come attività extrascolastica.
Nella giornata di domenica 15 maggio, in particolare, la studentessa del liceo classico Francesca La Peruta ha presentato per la prima volta sul suo territorio natale la raccolta di poesie pubblicata con la casa editrice Collettiva nel marzo 2021.
La presentazione si è tenuta nell’Area Belvedere della magnifica Reggia di Portici dove il pubblico ha potuto ascoltare la lettura con una splendida vista sul mare.
Francesca, 16 anni, ha raccontato di come ha iniziato a scrivere poesie da bambina perché non riusciva a comunicare ciò che provava a causa anche dell’epilessia che l’accompagna ogni giorno.
L’autrice ha raccontato del suo libro in una maniera semplice e spontanea e talvolta anche con un lieve imbarazzo caratteristico della giovane età; ha, infatti, esordito dicendo “sono brava a scrivere ma non so parlare” strappando una risata a tutto il pubblico. Ha poi letto una decina delle poesie della sua raccolta; Soldato racconta di coloro che lottano per la difesa della patria eseguendo gli ordini senza un momento di riposo e che vivono con un costante rimorso che però riesce a tenerli sempre umani. Ascoltare le sue parole è stato inoltre un momento molto emozionante dato anche il periodo storico in cui ci troviamo.
