Il conduttore delle ultime due edizioni di Sanremo Amadeus, in coppia con l’inimitabile Fiorello, si era discostato dalla possibilità di condurre per la terza volta di fila il festival della musica italiana, ma quel deciso “No” sembrerebbe poi non essere così deciso. Nell’intervista rilasciata al settimanale “Oggi”, Amadeus ha risposto in merito alla possibilità di rivederlo sul palco dell’Ariston: “Io ho sempre detto che ho un rapporto splendido con la Rai e con il direttore di Rai1 Coletta, e con il vice direttore Fasulo, con cui ho condiviso due Festival importanti e particolari. Ne stiamo parlando, loro sanno che lo farei se fosse un Festival importante, della rinascita, che avremmo già potuto fare. Stiamo dialogando con l’obiettivo se io possa essere utile a un terzo Festival importante, fatto come si deve fare“. L’ago della bilancia, però, sarebbe – a quanto pare – quello delle prossime nomine Rai.
Nelle prossime settimane, infatti, verrà nominato il nuovo Consiglio di Amministrazione Rai, e le scelte dei vertici potrebbero non poco condizionare la decisione del presentatore. “Non è tanto il tempo a essere un problema. Dopo due anni di Sanremo saprei comunque dove mettere le mani. Si tratta di capire piuttosto i cambiamenti che ci saranno all’interno della Rai […] Il fatto che il direttore di Rai 1 Stefano Coletta lo voglia fortemente è positivo per me, nel senso che mi relazione con una persona che ha il mio stesso intento. Ma cosa accadrà nel futuro?“
IL “PROBLEMA” SHARE: Gli ascolti di Sanremo 2020 ottennero il 52% dello Share, mentre l’edizione 2021 “soltanto” il 42%. Secondo Amadeus, però, il calo è del tutto fisiologico. La situazione sanitaria in Italia ha portato la Rai ad importanti decisioni, creando un festival del tutto straordinario, senza pubblico o importanti ospiti dall’estero. Il Ceo della Fimi (Federazione dell’Industria Musicale Italiana), rilasciò una dichiarazione, in cui sosteneva che i dati (- 30% di audience tv) preoccuperebbero soltanto chi non ha preso coscienza della situazione globale, che con una “rivoluzione silenziosa” ha attraversato il bel paese, impossessandosi anche dello show musicale. Il problema, però, sembrerebbe essere ancor più profondo: sempre meno giovani si interessano al Festival, ritenendolo a tratti antiquato e anacronistico. Il percorso di Fiorello e Amadeus, però, sembrava virare proprio verso l’appagamento di questa nuova esigenza, proponendo più giovani ed investendo sui nuovi talenti dello show, come Achille Lauro. È ancora presto per delineare i tratti della prossima edizione, che vorrebbe imporsi come quella della “rinascita”, ma ci auguriamo che venga vagliata ancor più profondamente la via della modernizzazione e l’adattamento ai nuovi canoni dell’industria musicale, che ancora oggi non trova la propria espressione nel mondo della Tv. Ciò spiegherebbe inoltre come il “fenomeno Web” si sia imposto con feroce prepotenza nella vita degli italiani: un mondo con meno limitazioni, più diretto e alla portata di tutti. Ciò non comporta, però, la necessaria scomparsa della TV, bensì il suo ridimensionamento dovrebbe suonare come indice d’allarme affinché venga gestito meglio il rapporto con le next gen. In molte trasmissioni televisive, infatti, le star del web sono state spesso trattate come fenomeni da baraccone, scatenando un astio perpetuo e controproducente tra i due principali colossi dell’intrattenimento. Nel frattempo, aziende private come Amazon (vedi Twitch) o Google (es. Youtube), trovano giovamento da questa contrapposizione, che potrebbe invece trasformarsi in una nuova primavera dell’industria dello spettacolo.
