E’ andata in onda l’11 marzo la prima puntata di “Campania che legge”, un format trasmesso settimanalmente sui canali Facebook e YouTube della SCABEC (società beni culturali della Regione Campania). Dunque, aspettando il “Salone del libro” di Napoli che si terrà a giugno, l’appuntamento per gli amanti dei libri in Campania è ogni giovedì alle 21 in streaming. Il viaggio percorso dal programma nel mondo della lettura della regione meridionale, abbraccia tutti i generi, dalla saggistica alla poesia, concentrandosi in particolar modo sulla produzione degli ultimi mesi. Oltre a dare voce agli autori, viene lasciato anche spazio ai personaggi meno noti del settore: editori e i librai, che attraverso curiosità e aneddoti suggestivi raccontano la storia delle loro librerie, chiuse durante il primo lockdown, ma che resistono ancora alla zona rossa per garantire il diritto alla cultura. Scelta legata anche all’incremento dei lettori in epoca covid che testimoniano di come i libri facciano bene alle persone, soprattutto in momenti difficili. Ogni puntata viene trasmessa da una libreria diversa e la conduzione viene affidata di volta in volta a giornalisti locali. La prima è stata girata nella Libreria Guida di Salerno, con Rosario Casolaro intervistato dal giornalista Eduardo Scotti e in collegamento con Laura Pepe autrice di “La voce delle Sirene. I Greci e l’arte della persuasione”, l’editore Giuseppe Laterza (Editori Laterza) e il professore Gennaro Carillo. Ma è solo l’inizio del tour campano dedicato alla lettura, che avrà vita per altre 9 puntate.
