Covid Campania: ancora scuole chiuse

Il presidente della Regione Campania richiude le scuole fino al 14 marzo, Tar d’accordo: con un ritorno incerto, si discute dell’ ennesima chiusura

Il Governatore della Campania, Vincenzo de Luca, ha ordinato la chiusura delle scuole dal 1 marzo. Una decisione dettata ” dall’alto rischio a causa delle varianti del virus”: da ciò anche l’intenzione di “vaccinare il personale scolastico a marzo e poi decidere quando rientrare”: un’operazione che, tra le altre cose, sembra stia risultando più problematica e lenta del previsto, tra convocazioni non arrivate e secondi richiami incerti. La decisione della chiusura ha ritrovato due schieramenti, uno favorevole alla DaD e uno che preme sul ritorno a scuola. Gli studenti e non solo, infatti, sono divisi sin da settembre sulla questione della didattica a distanza. Anche il nuovo ministro dell’Istruzione ha difeso il diritto di stare nelle aule, ma la situazione Covid non lascia scampo: attualmente, le regioni si dividono tra una Dad parziale e una completa, come nel nostro caso.

Questa volta anche il Tar si è ritrovato d’accordo con l’organo regionale, respingendo i ricorsi contro la chiusura delle scuole fino al 14 marzo. Intanto, gruppi di studenti in tutta Italia hanno protestato, nel rispetto delle norme, per mantenere il più possibile una didattica mista. Una chiusura a questo punto dell’anno potrebbe segnare una battuta d’arresto per l’andamento dell’anno scolastico: una preoccupazione comune soprattutto tra i docenti, che tengono almeno quanto gli studenti a ritornare tra i banchi di scuola. Dall’altra parte, però, si percepisce anche l’altra faccia della medaglia: secondo alcuni insegnanti, la didattica mista è avvilente e poco funzionale perché tende a dividere la classe e a minare l’apprendimento. Per di più, rispetto alla situazione di settembre, fa preoccupare anche la nuova variante inglese, che colpisce anche i giovanissimi. Insomma, un ritorno, almeno per adesso, non può essere associato a una data, ma solamente auspicato, non appena la curva dei contagi desterà meno preoccupazione.
