I commercianti ambulanti del mercato di Antignano al Vomero sono scesi in piazza per protestare contro le continue chiusure imposte dal governo Draghi, allestendo le loro bancarelle con tanto di merce esposta, ma con le vendite sospese al pubblico. La Campania è una delle regioni rimaste in zona rossa, e rimarrà tale almeno fino al prossimo 20 aprile. La pandemia ha messo in ginocchio migliaia di attività, ed i commercianti lanciano un messaggio ai parlamentari: “Non ne possiamo più, questa situazione è insostenibile”. Alcuni venditori sono scesi in piazza con croci e bare in spalla, in segno di forte protesta.
La situazione
Tranne i negozi alimentari, sono molteplici le attività che hanno chiuso i loro punti vendita nell’ultimo mese di zona rossa (alcuni addirittura da molto prima), ed i ristori promessi dal governo spesso arrivano in estremo ritardo, oltre ad essere, a detta di alcuni commercianti, profondamente insufficienti. Questa situazione, oltre ad essere insostenibile, è aggravata dalle tasse e dai debiti accumulati con le banche: molti imprenditori, infatti, non avrebbero altra scelta che rivolgersi ad usurai per poter richiedere prestiti.
“Fatturare zero ma continuare a pagare le tasse è paradossale. Abbiamo chiesto di sospendere le utenze, ma addirittura sono state aumentate”, spiega uno dei commercianti scesi in piazza.
“Continuano ad arrivare la cartelle esattoriali, così come le tasse e l’Imu. Lo Stato non ci ha tutelato. Ci hanno abbandonati”.
Il rammarico di non aver gestito a dovere la situazione dilaga nella popolazione, ed i venditori chiamano in causa i parlamentari campani, chiedendogli di schierarsi dalla loro parte per poter disegnare un futuro più roseo per i professionisti del settore.
Su alcune bancarelle è apparso il manifesto “Io apro”, e si calcolano, solo nel territorio del mercato di Antignano, circa 197 espositori, il cui reddito dipende totalmente da queste attività.
“Queste persone fatturano 0 da circa 12 mesi. Come possono sopravvivere le loro famiglie?”, racconta Vincenzo Schiavo, di Confesercenti. Sono circa settanta le categorie scese in piazza per protestare pacificamente. “Le nostre imprese stanno per fallire e la nostra preoccupazione come Confesercenti è che la malavita ne tragga un bene”, aggiunge uno dei presenti.
