Lunedì 6 giugno presso il Museo Nazionale Ferroviario di Pietrarsa la classe 3A del Liceo Quinto Orazio Flacco ha presentato alcuni lavori realizzati durante le ore di PCTO.
Il percorso PCTO Project Management ha permesso agli studenti dell’istituto di problematizzare la realtà per immaginare possibili soluzioni, di trasformare idee in azioni di valore per la comunità, di acquisire un metodo di lavoro ed un mindset proattivo e di prendere consapevolezza dei propri punti di forza e di debolezza anche in ottica di auto-orientamento per il futuro.
A conclusione del progetto i ragazzi hanno avuto la possibilità di presentare i lavori finali sotto lo sguardo attento del Direttore del Museo Nazionale di Pietrarsa, Oreste Orvitti, manager di grande esperienza ed attore principale del rilancio del sito.
L’evento del 6 giugno si è aperto con il consueto saluto della Dirigente Scolastica dell’istituto, Prof.ssa Iolanda Giovidelli, seguito dalla presentazione di Orvitti.
“Il Direttore Orvitti ha saputo declinare nella conduzione del museo il rigore organizzativo, la gestione efficace del personale e delle risorse strumentali, strutturali ed economiche e uno sguardo oltre, collegando l’obiettivo di promozione del sito nel territorio ristretto ed allargato con una fluidità veramente produttiva.”
Hanno preso parte all’evento i Prof. Ivana Dell’Aversano e Vittorio Natalini, rispettivamente come esperto e tutor del progetto PON-PCTO, i docenti del consiglio di classe della 3A e i rappresentanti dei genitori. Prima di lasciare la parola ai ragazzi, la Prof.ssa Ivana Dell’Aversano ha voluto illustrare le modalità attraverso le quali gli studenti si sono cimentati nella realizzazione dei lavori finali. La classe è stata divisa in 3 squadre, seguendo le tecniche di teambuilding, guidati da altrettanti project manager. Dalle sessioni di brainstorming guidato, ciascun team ha individuato un bisogno o interesse nel mercato ed ha elaborato la sua “risposta”, utilizzando elementi di marketing strategico (le 4P, product mix, segmentazione del target) e l’analisi SWOT (strengths = punti di forza, weaknesses = punti deboli, opportunities = opportunità, threats = minacce).
I ragazzi hanno sviluppato tre idee di startup elaborate anche in termini di logo e minispot promozionale. In ambito sanitario gli studenti hanno proposto “Be safe”, un’ app che offre servizi di primo soccorso a coloro ne hanno bisogno. Per quanto riguarda l’arte e la cultura essi hanno presentato “Art vibes”, un’app che si propone di scoprire artisti emergenti e conoscere nuove forme d’arte. Infine, in ambito sportivo gli studenti hanno proposto l’Ippodromo Scipio come opportunità per rivitalizzare un territorio abbandonato dallo Stato e dalle istituzioni, facile preda delle mire della criminalità organizzata.
Al termine delle presentazioni, il Direttore, dopo essersi complimentato con i ragazzi, si è mostrato disponibile nel rispondere ad alcune domande formulate dagli studenti.
Quali strategie ha utilizzato per rilanciare il sito e portarlo alle condizioni attuali?
“In origine il museo di Pietrarsa non aveva la mission che gli è poi stata assegnata. Era semplicemente un luogo che non poteva essere dismesso poiché conteneva materiale storico. In un processo ammortamento il mio obiettivo era custodire la storia facendo in modo, però, che il profitto potesse ritornare anche dall’impresa culturale.
La fortuna mi ha aiutato. Una tempesta nel 2014 scoperchiò il padiglione delle locomotive a vapore. Grazie ad un prestito di 15 milioni che pian piano stiamo restituendo con gli interessi, è iniziata la restaurazione del sito.”
